Hello I've using SC with Rithmic Apex with no issues until the recent update (last week) Now I'm getting disconnected from RTrader with the message You have been logged out because another program has been logged in with your credentials.... The SC message log says Trading is not supported. See attached I have double checked all the passwords etc and can't find the reason. If I turn off market data during the Rithmic login stage then RTrader stays open but I can't monitor my trades in the dashboard as the open trades and open positions columns are not showing. Please advise Thanks |
