Thank you for your answer/help. So, I made a .wav file and placed it in the correct folder (prior support ticket). I then assigned 'Alert 1' to that .wav file AND I changed the name of the alert (via the instructions link you provided. I then turned up the sensitivity of the trading system settings and I am getting signals but no audio alert. I monitor a number of systems in real time on 6 monitors so the audio alert is pretty important. I included screen shots of the General Alert settings as well as the settings for for trading system. Hopefully that will provide you with the necessary information to tell me what I am doing wrong and how to properly set it up to generate the audio signals.
