Hi, I created a custom audio alert for trading system (subgraph crossover). I looked up the instructions on Sierra help files and placed the audio .wmv file in the correct folder (see attached). However, in the Sierra Alert drop down menu, all that shows up are "Alert 1, Alert 2, etc. up to Alert 200. However, the .wmv files I placed there do not show up in the dropdown list - as a matter of fact, none of the audio files in the Sierra Alert windows folder show up in the "Alert Sound" drop down list. Not sure what I am doing incorrectly - but can you help me get these custom audio files to the correct folder and tell me how to get them into the "Alert Sound" dropdown list. Thank you.
