I've tried that many may times as well as "delete and download data" but once it gets stuck, it refuses to update. Only real solution is to delete the scid files and for it to rebuild. I wouldn't mind if it was just one instrument but I have ten which is time consuming. We need an image of the chart for when this occurs and we need to know the symbols in the chart (both the main symbol and the Add Additional Symbol). Also, we would like you to open a chart for the the symbol used in the "Add Additional Symbol" and get us an image from the same time frame so we can see if there is data at that location or not.
