It is impossible for us to analyze this, with the way it is being presented. There is a standard procedure to go through and it is documented here: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Support Assisted Trade Activity Log Analysis We also need you to enable order confirmations: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Order Confirmations (chart specific) When you submit an order make sure the quantity you see on the confirmation matches the quantity you have set on the associated Trade Window for the Chart or Trade DOM you are trading from: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM ( Make sure you are looking at the quantity on the associated trade window) There should never be a problem with a quantity mismatch.
