We simply can not say why you did not have issues until now. From our perspective, you got lucky that it worked well for you for so long. Also, the interface that is used by Rithmic was created by Rithmic. There support people do not understand this, so they are no help in this matter. But the only people that can fix it is Rithmic. You can use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, but you need to have a separate live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
