You are not setup to get any real-time data from us, therefore you are getting your data from Rithmic. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so using a "Continuous Futures Contract" can cause issues, as if the data is not there, then there will be problems downloading it from Rithmic. We recommending setting the "Continuous Futures Contract" option to "None" in order to alleviate the immediate issue. We also recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of Rithmic in order to have access to historical data going back many years.
