If you did not redownload all the data after you made the change to the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit", then the previous data would still be in the previous unit and new data will be stored in the new unit. So it sounds like you were originally seeing the older data at 1 tick units and now you are seeing the data in 1 second units. We can not explain what you are seeing when you look at the files - but it depends on what you are viewing - you would need to use "Edit >> Export Intraday Data to Text File". In any case, what you are seeing now is correct. Your data is only stored at 1 second intervals, so the data is only there to update every 1 second.
