Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Right Click Exits Current Drawing Tool To (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options) It is not exactly what you want, but if you right click twice while doing the drawing, then it will put you to the selected tool in the setting.
