Our servers show that you are using the "Teton Order Routing Service" with AMP. As such, your Working Orders (Target and Stop orders) would be either at the exchange or on our servers. Therefore, you do not need to worry about those - you do not need to keep your Sierra Chart open - they will do their job.

The one caveat to this is if you are using a "Market if Touched" or Client-Side specific orders (client side have the word "Client" in them). In these cases these orders are only on your local system, therefore you would need to continue to have the system running. Therefore, we recommend simply not using them.

Additionally, there is a Web-Based portal for the Teton Order Routing Service that you can access from anywhere, including your phone. Refer to the following:

And, of course, you can always call your broker to deal with trades as well.
