Our best guess is that the keyboard shortcut is being done twice. Either due to the way you select it (i.e. you are hitting it twice by accident) or due to keyboard repeat timing, or something else. Check your Trade Activity Log and look at the Order(s) that created that position. See if there is a single order for a quantity of 2 or if there are 2 orders each with a quantity of 1. If there are two orders (which there should be, given your setup) then this is something about how the orders are being entered as we noted above.
