It sounds like you turned on the NTP client, but your Sierra Chart does not have permission to adjust your computer clock. This is not an issue and does not cause a problem. Select "Global Settings >> NTP Settings" and set the option for "NTP Client Enabled" to "No". Then select OK to close that window.
