Hello i have access to Markt Level 2 Data through my Topstep account, when i use it on Bookmap it works fine. But when i try it on Sierra Chart nothing shows. No DOM and no Heatmap. It shows maybe 2 Lines during few hours but thats it, but a friend of mine also uses the Heatmap on Sierra and works everythings works fine, we have the same settings. What is the Problem?
