NASDAQ is not an appropriate symbol. If that is what you have entered for the symbol for the chart, then that is where the problem is. If this is not what is entered, then we need to know exactly what is entered at "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol". What is the instrument you are trying to access? What exchange symbol?
