You would need to use the "Color Bar Based On Alert Condition" to color the triangle as you want.

Your formula for the alert condition within the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition would look like the following to check if the Bid is dominant at the POC:
= BVAP(ID1.SG1, 0) > AVAP(ID1.SG1, 0)

Where ID1 is the ID of the "Volume Point of Control For Bars" study.

In your Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study you would set the following:
- Output When Condition True: Study Subgraph Reference
- Study Subgraph Reference Value when True: ID1.SG1
- Color Bar Subgraph 'Draw Style': Triangle Right Offset
- Color Bar Subgraph 'Width/Size': same as the triangle from the Volume Point of Control for Bars
- Color Bar Subgraph 'Color': the color you want when the Bid is dominant
