It looks like this is just due to the settings you have for the Market Depth Historical Graph study. In particular refer to the following: Market Depth Historical Graph: Maximum Levels to Display (0 for All) And keep in mind that you are only going to have the Market Depth for when you are connected to the data feed and are recording the Market Depth data, or if you have the Market Depth Historical Graph study on the chart.
