The first thing to check is that the charts do not have the option for "Trade >> Only Orders From Chart" enabled. You do NOT want a checkmark next to this option. You need to check it for each chart. Refer to the following: Trade Menu: Only Orders From Chart (Trade menu) The next thing is to ensure that you have the correct account selected in the Trade Window. Every chart has its own trade window, so you will need to open the Trade Window for each chart and then check the Account field to ensure it is set correctly. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) From what we saw, it looks like the symbols are the same between the charts, but make sure this is the case. In particular, if you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" in the chart where you place the orders, then you need to have that set the same in the other charts.
