The reason they are "scrunched" up and the others are not is because you have used the "Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" for the Market Depth and you have either changed the Tick Size or the Volume at Price Multiplier which affects the Numbers Bars data. Since the Current Traded columns do not have a way to combine the data, you are seeing the data at every tick. The only option available is to modify the scale so you can see those values.
