Hello, I am currently running an automated trading system and using the Rithmic data connection, I routinely have the experience that after a position is closed, either one of the working orders (ie TP or SL) is left active on the chart, even though the position is flat. I have the spreadsheet trading system set to "cancel all working orders on exit" but for whatever reason (I imagine specific to Rithmic) an order remains active. My question is, is there an automated way to send a flatten signal to the system in this situation to clear out the "hanging order"? I tried using the Buy/Sell Exit function on spreadsheets, but that doesn't seem to be sending the right signal - only manually hitting my "flatten" hotkey seems to do the trick - any suggestions for how to send an automated flatten order when there are working orders present but no current position would be greatly appreciated!
