Can someone at Sierra help me? I cannot figure things out. I have read through many pages Sierra Chart documentation over 3 days and getting more confused each day. I just want to get connected up and trade. That is all!

Here is what I have done:

1) I opened an account with Sierra chart.

2) I funded and bought 3 months of package 12

3) I activated the Denali Exchange Data feed

4) I picked and activated the CME exchange fee with depth of trading. The 12.50 per month exchange data feed.

5) I called AMP with whom I have my funded trading account. They set it up for teton trading. And they said that Sierra updates once per day at noon and in just a few minutes the update would happened.

6) i waited. It is now 1:20 pm central time. Still no live feed connection.

7) when I try to connect it say no trading account assigned.

8) I went to my account in Sierra Data/Trade services picked first Sierra Data all. That only gives me delayed data.

I went back to Data/trade services and selected teton.

What should be selected under Data/Trade services? Sierrs Data All or teton? Which one?


I am so confused about what to do.
Please help!
