The problem absolutely is 100% on the Rithmic side. Not with Sierra Chart. Especially if you are losing the connection when the orders are being sent. That clearly is a Rithmic issue.

Order Allocation to Trade Accounts functionality works perfectly.

We have no control over Rithmic issues at all.

And you can verify the issue is with Rithmic just simply by testing the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts functionality with Trade Simulation Mode:

Or with the Trading Evaluator service:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

The trade order copying will work without an issue. This is definitive.

This is a very good example of where our time is being wasted, over Rithmic issues and we are being faulted for Rithmic issues. This is strictly a Rithmic problem 100%.
