Post From: Chart Calculator measures incorrectly when Tick Size is changed

Hello, When Tick Size under Chart Settings > Symbol is changed, the Chart Calculator tool returns incorrect values, i.e. it measures "compressed ticks" vs actual ticks. Suppose I opened an NQ chart, where the exchange-defined Tick Size is 0.25, then measured a difference between two prices using the Chart Calculator tool. Say the difference is 16 ticks. If I go and change Tick Size on the chart to 0.5, the same measurement will now show a difference of 8 ticks, which is obviously incorrect. The same issue applies to Currency Value, but not to Point Difference. See attached screenshots for details. |
