From the documentation for Singles: Singles are defined as the first TPO within a sub-period that exceeds the high or low of all of the prior TPOs within a TPO profile, so long as all of the TPOs of the following sub-period remain beyond the price level of the single. For example, if a new TPO becomes the new highest price level for the TPO profile, and all of the following TPOs remain higher than that price level, then that new TPO is considered a single.
However, if a TPO within the following sub-period is created at the same price level or lower than that new TPO, then it is not considered a single. The above information can be found here: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Extend Singles Therefore, the singles that you note as "Missing" are not singles, as they have a following TPO within the same profile that has a price that is the same or lower. It does look like there was a change to how the singles were being handled and they now match the above definition. Also, the extension lines have always extended into the following periods until there is an intersection if you select the option for "Extend until Future Intersection". There has not been a change to this. If you only want them to extend until the next profile, then select "End of Period".
