There are several items going on here. First, you are on the "Base Advanced" package. The "Base" packages do not allow you to connect to data and/or trading services. To be able to connect to your broker and to get real-time data, you will need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information on the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages You can change your package at any time. To do so, select the following link, select the package you want in the pulldown menu to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button. When you change your package we adjust your remaining Usage Time based on the difference in price of the packages, so if you change to a more expensive package, your remaining Usage Time will go down, and vice versa: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=190770#ServicePackage The next issue is that you do not have any exchanges active in order to get real-time data.
