Hi,

In the second message you sent, I opened the link and tried

1: Set Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special >> Use Internal LAN IP for CME Data and Order Routing to No

2: Tried to do whatver that was mentioned about firewall.

3: I already downloaded the new updated software.

Is it fine if i send you the message log?
