When you have the Zig Zag Input for "Display HH, HL, LL, LH Labels" set to "Yes", then in the Spreadsheet Study you will have a number that represents that label in the column for the "Text Labels". You should definitely have have a 0 at the bar where the label is listed. Then you can get the time of bar where that label is displayed by looking at the Column A values.
