This definitely could not be an issue within Sierra Chart. There is nothing within Sierra Chart which will cause charts to activate themselves automatically. Other than when switching to a Chartbook or opening one. We recommend restarting your computer. This must be a system problem. While this is unrelated to it, see if you have Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >>Auto Hide Chart Title Bars and Scrollbars enabled.
