Please ignore my question about the live data feed for SIM, I have resolved that one. a) Your comment - "But, there are also other symbols for CFDs and FOREX that we recommend removing from that chartbook as well, as Rithmic tends to have trouble with any symbol they do not recognize. So items like "USOIL", "XAUUSD", "AAPL-NQTV" should be removed. If you want to chart these symbols, then we would recommend doing so in the installation that is connected to Teton, as that one can handle these. Or, you could install a 3rd Sierra Chart just for those items." How do I remove these, didn't know they were in the chartbook? Sorry to be painful, but I have one more question. b) For the Denali/Teton SC installation I am running. When changing from the Micro version of Crude Oil (MCLN24_FUT_CME) to the Mini version (CLN24_FUT_CME) I am only receiving market profile data for the last 11 days. When I simply change back to the Mini, without changing any settings, I receive 12 months. The other chart in the chartbook is ES S&P500 (ESM24_FUT_CME & MESM24_FUT_CME). When I carry out the same process of moving from micro to mini it works fine, I get 12 months on each symbol. The settings are almost identical as the market profile for CL is a copy of the ES market profile chart with some amendments like the symbol. There has been a new contract rollover on CL today but I've never experienced this before. Load data limiting method (List): "Use Days To Load" Days to load for intraday chart data type: "365" Any ideas what this could be? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-05-16 17:02:37
