Without an image we can not say what is occurring. But the chances of you needing to get a "Clean" copy of Sierra Chart are slim.

First, we recommend you update to the latest release. Even if you are already running the version, do the update again, as this will re-install the executable. Follow these instructions:

Next, start a new chart by not opening any chartbooks and select "File >> Find Symbol". See what you get. Get us an image if it is not correct by following these instructions:

If you can open a chart that way, but your chartbooks are not opening properly, then try to restore a backup of the chartbooks. Refer to the following:

Note that your Sierra Chart information is not stored in the cloud. Everything is on your local computer.
