One item of note is that you have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" activated, but you have not properly completed the Exchange Agreements and you have not connected to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. As such, you are not getting any real-time data for the CME Group from us. Refer to the following for more on this requirement:

If you do not have an account that meets the requirements above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

Once you have your live account setup, then you will need to redo the agreements at the following link and be sure to enter the information for the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number". If you do not know your Clearing Firm then enter your Brokerage Name.

After the above is all done, and you connect your Sierra Chart to your live trading account, you will then have access to the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

With regards to the issue you are having right now, this is due to the Rithmic data. We can not say what exactly is the issue. Refer to our policy on Rithmic data here:
