It depends on which dates you are referring to. On the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting" page there are two sets of items on the page that reference Start and End dates.

At the top of the page is a set of dates for the "Date Range in File". These settings control/display the dates of the data in the file for the symbol you have selected. The "Date Range in File To" is always Read-Only and can not be changed. It will update to the current day. You can change the "Date Range in File From" to an earlier date. But in the case of a Futures Contract, there is only so far back that you can set this date, as each contract has a limited life span.

In the middle of the page is a set of dates for the "Load Data Limiting Method" when it is set to "Date Range". You can then specify both the "Date Range From" and the "Date Range To". This will cause the chart to only load data within those dates.

It sounds like you are trying to change the values at the top, and you can not go further back than 2023-11-10 as this must be a futures contract and that is the start of the data for that contract.

In order to get more data into a chart for a Futures Contract, you would have to use the Continuous Futures Contract option. Refer to the following:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

With a Continuous Futures Contract chart, you can not change the "Date Range in File From" any further back then the current contract goes. You need to adjust either the "Days to Load" or the "Date Range" for loading data.
