1. How are you adding text? In general, for what you are stating, you would want to use the "Stationary Text" drawing tool. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Type Text | Stationary Text 2. We are no understanding the question here. If you want additional space, then you just need to set the Lock Fill Space where you want it to be. If you want some kind of marker, you would have to use a drawing tool to do this, such as the Vertical Line. You can then place this where you want it.
