We have activated the trial for your account. With regards to the data, the first thing to keep in mind is that you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages And then for data from the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and U.S. Equities, you do have to setup, activate, and pay for the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data.
