This week around US market open then 2-3 hours into the morning, my real time Denali data for both US futures and equities was running between 15-120 seconds delayed with glitchy erratic updates to charts and time and sales window, this happened till 12-1pm when the problem would cease. I'm in Thailand. I have a 100mbps connection on which everything else was fine, SC is set as an exception for my security software but I am part of a trading group where colleagues in US using SC were not experiencing the issues I was. I usually never use a VPN when trading but decided to try setting mine to a US server and this solved the problem immediately. |
