There is no option to have a different font for the X and Y axes. These are both controlled through the "Chart Text" font. You can have a different font in your Trading DOM, as this is a separate chart altogether. As such, you can use the chart specific graphics settings for the Trading DOM and set the font as you like. But you can change the font size.
