We have never seen an error like this before: 2024-05-02 13:50:10.445 | NQM24_FUT_CME[M] 1 Min #1 | + Error reading record for update Intraday chart. Invalid cache index Something is unusually wrong, with your system, or your use of Sierra Chart. We are not sure why this is happening. This is due to network connectivity issues, somewhere from where you are in Thailand, to the server in the US and this is fully outside of our control: The system loses conenction with SC server, or SC server refuses conection, its drops - reconnects and that is creating erros in data files.
Once again this is due to network connectivity issues: Even the rollback software update takes way too mcuh time, over 15mins to simply update.
Rolling back the version of Sierra Chart, is not going to help. The issue is not specific to a particular version. If it seems to help, it is only coincidental.
