You are only seeing the exchange options for the Professional exchanges. This is due to the fact that when you filled out the exchange agreements for the CME Group you did not include a Clearing Firm/Brokerage and you stated that you are a Professional. To have access to the non-professional exchanges, you need to redo the agreements and enter a Clearing Firm/Brokerage Name along with the Account Number and then be sure to answer the question about certifying as a Non-Professional as "Yes".
