Hi, have been running charts for months now with symbols from CME/NYMEX/COMEX/EUREX. Have noticed this morning that the 2 symbols in my chartbook from EUREX are not updating (last data displayed 22:00 30/04/2024). CME symbols in same chartbook are working fine. Checked the Quote Board, no volume for either symbol either for the current contract or the next contract. Checked Data/Trade Service Settings - Current Selected Service - SC Data - All Services [data]. Have also performed an update to Sierra Charts this morning, still not working. Have followed your instructions for image upload.
