. You assume that everything is "user error". Same thing happened with the volume profile coloring issue that I just went through with you. Ultimately, it was a coding error. This is completely untrue. We do not assume everything is user error. And in the case of the Volume by Price issue you pointed out previously, you were using a Point and Figure chart which is a derivative chart off of the main price graph and we know that the mapping of the volume at price data is not always completely accurate in that configuration. Initially we believed that was the source of the problem. Not user error. So we never indicated that was a user error. The underlying problem was very complex. And we did explain previously, why a study could give you a different result when it is being displayed as the main price graph. You do not understand our perspective. We do not know exactly what users are doing even if they tell us because their descriptions can be incomplete which they often are. You are showing part of the chart. This is not follow our policy.
