We need more information on what exactly is occurring. If you are not able to open a trade, what is occurring? Are you getting an error message? You should look in the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see what it shows in terms of possible errors. You can copy and paste the contents of that log to this thread. If you are able to open a trade but are not seeing any Net P/L then where are you trying to view this and what do you see?
