You are trying to send an order to your live account, but you have "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode Enabled" enabled. Select "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode" and make sure there is NOT a checkmark next to it, this will indicate you are in live trading mode. Refer to the following:
