From our perspective it is impossible for us to answer this question. You need to make sure that the Order Allocation functionality is configured properly. Documentation is here: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Setup Instructions Basically it is configured properly if the order actions are getting copied to other Trade Accounts from the chart it is configured on. That can be verified through the Trade Activity Log. And then you need to analyze the Trade Activity Log to see what has happened: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order You will have to do all of the analysis yourself.
