With regards to the packages, you just need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, which are packages 10, 11 and 12. Refer to the following regarding this: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages Call it what you want - "Subscription Fee", or "Exchange Fee", or something else. This is the fee that gets paid to the exchange themselves (in this case EUREX) for the use of the data. This is a separate item from the Sierra Chart package cost.
