Understood. But this is also part of the problem. You assume that everything is "user error". Same thing happened with the volume profile coloring issue that I just went through with you. Ultimately, it was a coding error. I've been a full time trader for 5 years so I know what I'm looking at too. Trying very hard to make SC/Rithmic my main account/platform but keep running into weird things like this issue. As a user, all I can do is rely on what you've implemented. When I use a data service for my trading and that same data service is used in your software to drive the charts, I expect the prices to be identical. This turned out to be an issue with Rithmic. However, as a user, I have no idea if this problem is with them or with SC. Your immediate response that it's some indicator setting that's causing this makes zero sense. How can an indicator affect market prices? At any rate, you can see the ES prices in both the DOM and the right scale area in that video. The Current Price line study is set to use the exact current price (yes, it was me who pointed out the bad default setting that SC uses but why would I keep using it?). |
