SO if my position is in profit and my trailing stop gets hit, that doesn't mean I won't be able to trade for the rest of the day, right? so in other words, the trailing stop getting hit doesn't mean the DLL got hit, right?
Correct. The Daily Profit/Loss Management works off the Net Profit/Loss calculation. It has nothing to do with whether a position is closed out with a Target or a Stop. As long as you have not met your loss limit, you will not be stopped from further trading.
