The first thing is to ensure that there is data in the chart going back to where you are trying to start the replay from. When you enter a Date and Time to start from, that date and time have to already exist in the chart, or the replay will not work. Refer to the following;

Once you have the replay actually replaying correctly, then let us know if you still have an issue with the "forward" button. There is no reason for this not to work, except if there is not enough data in the chart to skip as far forward as you are wanting.
