Have 2 copies used for backtesting, in separate folders on the same symbol, NQM24-CME, using the same Data and Chart settings. Copy 1 is on Version 2568, and starts up without connecting, as Copy 2 was doing prior to updating after the Telegram alert updates to SC. In both had only one chart open. After your response, closed the chart in Copy 2 and reloaded it and confirmed the Data settings to be the same (please see attached). Disconnected from DataFeed. Closed SC and selected Save All. Started Copy 2 and it connects at start up.
