You need to use the Zig Zag Oscillator subgraph for this. When the oscillator changes from negative to positive, or positive to negative is when you have an inflection point in the Zig Zag. Therefore, to get an alert when a Zig Zag changes direction, you would use a formula like the following:
=OR(AND(ID1.SG9[-1] < 0, ID1.SG9 > 0), AND(ID1.SG9[-1] > 0, ID1.SG9 < 0))

Where ID1 is the ID of the Zig Zag study and SG9 is the Zig Zag Oscillator subgraph.
