I'm currently unable to obtain any options data, I have tried several symbols e.g ESM24-CME and ZNM24-CBOT and have checked the following. 1.Update current version 2.Global settings-data/trade service settings-allow support for Sierra chart data feeds-YES 3.Global settings-symbol settings-update from server. 4.Started fresh with a new chartbook It was working last week, however, when I go to find symbol 'get options' now, nothing happens. In the message log it states 'Received symbols for underlying request from server: Underlying: ZN. Count 0'. This is the same for the ES
