We have implemented a solution for this. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. After the update, disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. When you disable that option, historical data will be downloaded only from Interactive Brokers, in your case.
